breakfast shake

Im too lazy to eat solid food in the morning. Anyone have any good shake ideas? I got tons of chocolate whey.

I am drinking a shake right now that would be a good morning one:

Make shake like normal but add one raw egg and something/combo/everything from list below:

Yogurt (whatever flavor you like)
Honey
Banana
Dried Cranberries

The yogurt alone is enough to change the taste.

what does it do to the taste if you blend oats in for example a chocolate protein shake?? does it get all grainy and gross? :(

If I have chocolate whey I use this receipe for breakfast:

Chocolate Banana Cream Morning Protein Shake

-2 scoops of Protein Power(roughly 220 cal)

-1 serving (1/2 cup) of Fiber One Cereal(60 cal)

-1 medium bananna(no more than 80 cal)

-1/4 to 1/2 packet of Jello Sugar/Fat Free Instant Pudding - Banana cream flavor(really thickens it up nicely)(30 cal)

-5 or 6 small ice cubes

-Water(use skim milk if you want it to be really thick)

-Whip it all in the blender

Worst case, you get roughly 390 calories, 40g of quality protein, 14g of fiber(most of the daily requirement), only the natural sugar from the banana and 2g from whey. If your cutting, lose the banana and pudding and you'll be good to go without cutting out any of the protein,

Adding the Instant pudding to any Whey Protein shake in a blender will really break the monotony of plain chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. My favorite is vanilla with pistachio. Give it a shot, there are 5 or 6 different flavors. Plus it only adds 30 calories and 6g of complex carbs for a 1/4 pack!
