lol Okay okay... if I HAVE to have real bread, I go with the Golden Flax Seed bread, 12 carbs a slice.

I've been using La Tortilla Factory WW tortillas instead of bread lately.......

I get the flax bread in the organic food section of my grocery store..

And low carb tortilla's I either order them online, or my grocery store (Fortino's, Loblaws) carry the Oroweat Brand (Atkins) 10 carbs each, and they taste better than LaTortilla's to me.
