Brassinosteroids are a group of 40 different steroids that are synthesized by plants and are potent hormones affecting many aspects of plant growth. The most abundant one is named brassinolide. It was first isolated from the pollen of Brassica napus, hence the name.
Unfortunately, mammals (like humans) and plants have completely different physiology and taking brassionsteroids as a human will not have any effect in humans.
Anyone telling you something different does not understand how the human body works.
