What up bros! I competed in a Strongman Compeition. I competed in the Open Division - 201 lbs and under. I took first place. Here are some of my video's from today.

Yeah I had a blast....I'm competely exhausted though! Now its time to start dieting down for a bodybuilding show in October!

If you ever get a chance to do a strongman, jump on it! Just make sure your endurance is strong! haha

wow this is sick stuff! I'm curious why do they use a trap bar deadlft? Also can you use a little more weight on trap bar deads than regular? Great job!

Yeah you can do more weight with a hex bar. I think they used it to prevent injuries. It's easier on your back than a straight bar is. I always use a straight bar though when I train. That was the first time I have ever used the hex bar.

BEAST bro...good job. You look bigger than 201 lbs. Good job. Lifts are strong as hell. Was that really a 400 lbs tire? you threw it around like it was 50 lbs.
