brachialis pain

I feel pain in my brachialis after doing a few hours of climbing two days ago, last night was difficult to sleep, I would like some tips on how to reduce
brac pain or what to take to diminish it, thank you.

it is very possible you have irritated it or damaged it. climbing will put a lot of pressure on that area

once you start getting inflammation in there it can become chronic. you want to make sure you listen to your body and rest. i would buy a brace for that area and wear it when you climb, i wear a brace when i go fishing to give me support to my elbow

Sounds to me like your biceps are just really sore from your workout last night. If you have never rock climbed before and then all of a sudden do a couple hours of rock climbing - your body won't be used to the rock climbing so its normal to feel sore.

It would kind of be like someone who has never worked out to go through a crazy leg workout with a very advanced bodybuilder. They probably couldn't walk the next day.

Start taking some fish oil to bring the inflammation in the area down and eat a high protein diet to allow your biceps to repair and recover. You should feel good as new in a few days.

reducing other stressors to my forearms to avoid RSI helped. compression sleeves esp 24hrs after exercise; roller with bodyweight, arm at side, rolling from delt down side of arm to forearm seriously helped
