I’m looking for your advice on using BPC for 12 weeks. What is your advice on the best way to use it? I would love to run it 500 mcg a day. Do you think that it would work well or do you think I’m making a big mistake running it?
It's also important before you use these peptides to change the way you train. You can't be pounding away at your body. That's the big mistake people make and it won't allow the recovery process to happen.
I would run TB 500 at at least 20 mg of first couple of weeks. It's a big dosage but you want to front load it. This allows it to get in your system quicker.
If I were you I would do something like TB 502 mg every other day and I would do BPC 500 mcg every other day. Start there and you can gradually increase.
