Anyone been down there? Me and some buddies are planning to go this summer. Whats the odds of getting arrrested compared to other mexican spots?

Actually the opposite of fags candyland. Ive never been, but from what ive heard, there are places you can go, kinda of like whorehouses and girls will be all over you in 5 minutes from when you walk in the door. these are girls who get checked out for disease weekly. plus the beer and alchohol is lot cheaper supposedly. i also wanted to score some pharmceutical goodies while down there as well. nothing like cancun though.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BOYSTOWN is what your thinking I bet...All I have to say you have a better chance of comming out clean in a swimming pool full of skanky STD cum then you do in that town
I have known more people then I had a chance to warn about not going there. STD's are an understatement in that town. You hear stories about don't drink the water or eat the food. I think they pertain mostly to that place. Yeah you can go see some decent but mostly skanky snatch dance there, but if you don't pay up or if someone thinks you are going to pay them to have sex and if you don't, You could end up with your neck slashed...It's not the safest place to go and I went there only to grab some guys that lived on my floor who left Acunia way to drunk to take care of themselves.
I would HIGHLY advise against going.
They do not require hookers to get Tested in Mexico. All that shit is so False...If you know anyone thats been there and screwed someone I would advise them against all sexual contact for 6months to a year and to get tested for EVERYTHING every 6 months for up to 1 year.
There aren't any pharms that I know or seen that looked worth a shit in that town. Grant it I didn't stay there for more then a few minutes to get those guys out, but I would highly advise not going. Way to many stories of people getting into trouble there.
Your chances of getting arrested are higher, and higher chances of being thrown in a prision there then most other border towns. Play it safe and go to Del Rio and on to Accunia, it's a bit more laid back and not as much trash trying to scam you and rip you off...

For the love of God or the love of yourself If there was ever a time to listen to me now would be it.
I know some people who go there often and have fun but recently I don't know if anyone heard of the Americans that were murdered by a mexican cult but some of them happened in Boystown.
If someone has a good story about Boystown I would like to hear it cause I don't know many people who could offer something good to say.

thanks tx collegeguy, i probably did mean boystown. i think "ole boysville" was a place that they used to have out in live oak, where i live where we go muding and offroading at. no i was not planning on picking up a cheap mexican whore, but i was interested in checking it out. did plan to get drunk though. It was a mexican guy who told about this place, figures its like that, thats his idea of a fun with cheap mexican whores, although he did say most had stretch marks and what not from already having kids hahaha so i didn't plan on screwing a dirty skank down there. BUT i did hear of a lady who screws a donky, although im not sure if that is BOYSTOWN or not. I would pay to see a lady screw a donky cause thats not shit you see everyday!

Jim I recall that story...Did you see the one they did abou the Cult murders, they were decapatated(sp?) and had their remains thrown over a cliff there.
I didn't see any Federalis in that town, saw a few outside but not in the town.

oh, while im at it. you said there were no pharm. worth a shit there, so where do you recommend i go for some good legit pharmacies that aren't gonna rat me out.

I dont mean to take both your post lightly, but that sounds like shit from the movies desparado or dusk til dawn. sorry but those two just come to mind with all this talk about decapitation, cults and shootings in mexico.
Every border city, Matamorros, Nuevo Laredo, etc, has a "boystown". The one in Nuevo Laredo remind me of Dusk till Dawn every time I see it. It's a walled city full of cheap tequila and nickel whores. I knew a bunch of big ass mofos in the service that would make runs to the border pharmacies and hit boystown every time. If you're a dumbass prone to trouble I imagine you'll find it, otherwise go down and have a blast. I would venture to guess that STDs are rampant down there so be careful. On the plus side you get to see some really beautiful Mexican girls that are brought in from Mexico City, Monterrey, etc. Definitely check your firearms at your US hotel. If you get caught with that Glock in Mexico you'll be eating cold frijoles for a long time in jail there. They don't fuck around about that shit. Later, Galen

Sorry I haven't been shopping at any of the pharms myself, but look for the cleaner bordertowns or cleaner areas. Cleaner bordertowns sounds funny but once you check out some bordertowns you will know the difference there is a little town that I need to see if it's still a bit quiet that used to be closer to the border where I heard many positive things about. I've seen it on 1 map and knew a few guys from west texas who had gone there, but I haven't known anyone who went shopping there.
Thats pretty much what you will see in boystown.
Boystown is SE of Acunia and NW from Matamoras
I thought it was midway between both towns, but I'm sure there are little areas that are similiar in most towns.
