you def want to hydrate man.. you can combine some salt and cream of tartar in with your water and get back your hyrdation
assess any injuries you got and get plenty of rest so you can repair. follow your coaches advice to when you are ready to resume training again

Anything that helps recovery. Food, water, rest, etc...
Stretch hydrate, you can go for an IV.

Nobody likes fighting. This is the common way to do the thing. Have you tried? I am small and I had moved two feet, each time he punched in my gloves. The psychological effect is there.
