Here I am getting ready for my January Meet. The meet is at the end of January so right now I am in competition mode.
Band Squats and Reverse Band Squats were to preserve my groin as had a Max Effort Squat day previously.
But all squats hit dept as this is my main focus for the next meet since I will be competing Raw.
