Word! on the hot sauce!! Some salt on eggs improves the taste too.....protein pancakes, wraps with eggs, egg salad, Walden Farms makes 0 cals dressings/dips that are good.....yadda yadda yadda....

The best bar bq sauce I have found is the KC Master Piece Low Calorie Classic Blend. I pick it up at Wal-Mart. Here is the nutritional info from the label:

A little of this goes a long way. I highly reccomend it.

The Walden Farms' BBQ is pretty good - not the greatest but it's better than I thought & better than nothing....
