Im looking for a bodybuilding book, which will give me advice on my training, diet and everything else. Something like The bodybuilding truth or burn the fat feed the muscle or any book for that matter, but I want your opinions on them, and how they helped you out.

Thanx for any advice guys, appreciate it, merry christmas :)

Start here: http://www.startingstrength.com. Since you're in the UK, try to order it from the German site www.c-of-c.de because it will ship a lot faster (or order it from the US website, but follow it up with an email to make sure they ship it airmail).

That book will teach you the correct form for the main lifts that you should be doing: squat, deadlift, bench and overhead press. There's some info in there about setting up a routine to follow and diet too, but it's mainly about coaching the big lifts.

If you could only buy one book, that would be it.

I'd second that choice of "Starting Strength". You could also throw in something good for core conditioning such as Mark Verstegen's "Core Performance".

I tried www.c-of-c.de for starting strength i used google translator, i filled out a form and they e-mailed me back, saying the only way i would be able to pay them would be to send them a secure payment through mail or deposit money into there iban account.
So i just orderd it from the american site.

I agree this is a great place to start. If you guys had to recommend a more advanced book what direction would you go?
