Site's been quiet the past few days. Looks like the exterior is done except for painting, and all the drywall is up inside, so there's not much left for them that involves major noise and swarms of Mexicans.

Great game, always good to see a Super bowl come down to either team can win at the end. I was for Pittsburgh, but all in all a good game.

My question isnt' fair, cause he hasn't played long enough to get an accurate response.

However that said yes, it's compelling to say he was the best qb this season, imo. leadership... no running game during reg season, and yeah playoffs, were sick.

he's an elite QB for sure. he's not on brady or mannings level yet. brady has the hardware, and manning may only have one ring, but he's got the stats..year in year out for his entire career. i do think he has the potential to be one of the all time greats if he can stay healthy and keep putting up big numbers. another ring would sure help too.
 
Stupid bitch neighbor parked too close behind my covered parking stall and there's not enough room for me to get out. "I can't move it because of all the snow!" she says. The roads have a nice firm pack and are driveable, but I can't get out. Fucking cabin fever.

Bruins beat Habs like rented mules tonight from what i heard. 8-6 on scoresheet and only won a couple of many fights.
Even Price and Thomas got into it. Only caught a few highlights so far.

Red or Milk, did you see it?

It was pivotal they got a running game in the playoffs, but yes. I would agree.
Doesn't matter how good the qb is, if he has to make up for so much deficiency, human error due to risk/reward will come into effect.

That team could've easliy been 14-2 had they had a running game.
Interesting is when is the last time a 10-6 team won SB.

Agreed though.

good video of what happened, plus a breakdown of all the penalties. i only got to watch the middle of the 2nd period on. the fight between price and thomas greatly exaggerated since pretty much nothing happened.

was kinda funny..they went at it for 1 second then they were just chatting each other up after. zero animosity between the two.

like i said, Habs don't have an answer for physical teams. It's been that way for years now.
Bruins sent a message and forget "sportsmanship" of stopping once the other guy was down. some guys got pummelled.

Pouliot did have a one punch knockout of Krejci and Price could have killed Thomas but team wouldn't have been able to do anything with repercussions.

Crazy game. Serious beatdown.
 
It smells insanely good in here right now. I'm simmering a fresh pot of chili, and I think it's gonna be a good batch.

My secret for chili is to take a recipe that calls for two pounds of meat, but make it with three pounds of meat without changing any of the other amounts. And I use fatty beef, 80/20.

I use medium ground beef- it tastes so much better than lean, and truly i think the fat content is negligible.
