i weigh 170, i don't look 170 and i can bench 275 pretty easy ... the problem is my legs.. they are too skinny but im working on it

It doesn't matter if you don't look like you're 170, YOU ARE 170!! And strength doesn't matter either.

There is a serious problem in your diet and/or training if you've done 3 cycles and you're still 170, just like Paulos stated.

Do you expect drugs to do the work for you? It's all in the diet and training my friend.

Ditch the smith machine, it should not exist unless you are injured.
 
yea but i never really did squads before im just starting them now.. and im sore as hell from it.. ill do it withou the smith machine later.. just gotta figure out some technique first.
I'm confused about how often i should inject this stuff now .. everybody is saying something diffrent.
Where can i get some really good information on Nutrition
 
... you said that you don't eat right?! Then don't waste your money on the juice or your time in the gym! Get your diet straight and get a good base before you even think about another cycle. Not to rip you, but if you are only at 170 (considering your other stats) and have already done 3 cycles, you most likely should have spent a lot more time in the gym before taking any sort of steroid.

you can't say im ridiculus... you don't know the history of my cycles and everything. i started off at a completely wrong age with sauce and i stopped working out and everything completely after a while.. i've been working out straight for 4 months now again im older and i want to get back in the game.. thats why im only 170 lbs.. i gained some and lost everyting im starting over again.. and as far as my diet.. i can eat anything i want i don't gain a lbs, i eat ALOT and im pretty cut still.. so it doesn't matter i'll gain weight anyways if something helps me boost it. thats my story... im back from a long break and i lost everything and im more serious now and a little older and more responsible, im starting from scrap and trying new things.
 
IMHO People who take long breaks without a reason have no business using any sort of AS. You've been "back in the gym for 4 months?" This game is only for the truly dedicated, bro. Don't kid yourself. You lost everything from your previous cycles because you didn't know what you were doing and you stopped working out. You will do the same thing again. Why don't you stay consistent with your diet and training for a couple of YEARS at least without using AS and then consider it.
