Bodyfat % using 14 site skinfold procedure??

Hi, i have recently meassured my bodyfat level using 14 site skinfold procedure. My average was 11,5 mm. But i cant find any table on the internet wich can say to me wich is the bodyfat % for a 25 year old men having a 11,5 mm average skinfold.

My gym trainer have one table wich have colors like dark and ligth blue. But i cant find this table anywhere.

Do you have the individual measurements? Just use one of the 7 point calculators based off of Jackson-Pollocks formula.

yes, i have all the individual meassurements. And the average. But the only thing i need is the table to know how % is to each skinfold average according my age.
