Just curious............
I see alot of messages about people asking how many grams of protein, carbs, fat, ect I should be taking based on my weight. I know when I went to a bodybuilder for personal help and told him my goals, he broke out a calculator and starting doing all this math. And he was able to tell me what foods I should be eating and how many cals, protein, carbs, fat I should be eating per day.
I didn't know if anyone had any information on this?
