I want to know who I'm taking advice from, about gear, training, etc. Cuz I see some powerlifters giving bodybuilders cycle and training advice when they both train diff.curgeo said:I think nobody is responding due to there being a post or two about this a while ago.

personally to be a good PL you need to learn how to train its what makes you good..continually breaking plateaus and always increasing your total..
Now if youre a BB dont you think you could benefit from that? i dont care what your BB goal is if you your bench or incline or squat is stuck at the same weight eventually you will not get any bigger
15years huh, well, show me what you have accomplished. Post a pic or two.curgeo said:I thought I knew a lot being a bodybuilder......when I read "Supertraining" by Mel Siff and "Science and Practice of Strength Training" by Vlad ZAtsiorsky I realized that I didn't know shit.
I am a former bodybuilder of 15 years and a powerlifter of less than a year. I won't go back to bodybuilding, but I have gained knowledge from powerlifting that I can easily apply back to BB. Keep an open mind on things yomamma.....you can never have to much applicable knowledge.
No, I want you to post up some pics.curgeo said:I accomplished all I could. I probably reached my genetic limit without using too much AS. I didn't do it as a competitor, yet I might have done okay. I trained with a lot of great bodybuilders and learned quite a lot. A few NPC judges seemed to think I had a lot of potential as a light or middleweight so that is reason enough for me to feel good about my efforts. Maybe you should spend your time learning and reading. Pick up the books I recommended.......You might learn something.
If you would like to know what I look like, please feel free to ask Ulter or Monster. I think they could give you an idea.
curgeo said:That is exactly why I decided to do powerlifting Gjohnson. I just didn't enjoy bb anymore.
