i'm currently on it right now... or was on it.. in the beginning i was so amped for it... but then i started to do things my way like work out everyday different muscle groups, eat 180 grams of protein a day with moderate amount of carbs and maintain a 3000 calorie diet..
Body for Life was more of an motivational tool to get me to start working out.. and it worked.. but once you advance a little more into the whole scene, you can take charge of what you want and focus more on personal goals rather than just loosing weight and listening to Bill Phillips..
