I could be wrong but I think that lady was on more than Myoplex to make a transformation like that. Or atleast plastic surgery to romove the access skin. But that was motivating none the less.
Bronzed,
You've seen this lady before? Reason I ask is because she is frequently on another message board. I guess to motivate the newbies. But I dont find it motivating- only frustrating because I dont think I could make a transformation as good as that.
Especially if she isnt natural. That's like trying to obtain something that is unrealistic.
Leanandstrong swears Pam is natural with their lives. They ban anyone who asks otherwise. I know in the end before that contest photo and her competition she did have a "trainer" that told her what to do and eat, so that final portion isn't BFL.
I wouldnt dare ask that question over at leanandstrong. They all worship pam over there. But really, what could a trainer tell someone to make that big of a transformation?
I just find it hard to believe.
He didn't tell her stuff, persay. Lots of people hire trainers pre-competition. They handle everything you eat, drink, how your exercise, how you taper off your water and what gear/supplements you take.
All I'm saying is that isn't accurate, if people are thinking she did that all with BFL. She did the pre-comp stuff with strict dieting, calorie counting and "whatever" else. She did however make an amazing transformation through BFL.
I am currently doing the BFL program for the 3rd time because I get such good results. But it is mentioned that the program is a good "jump off point." What is the next step to get to that next level? To be labeled a bodybuilder.......
I consider myself a BB now, but I think that this program can only do so much.........
I like BFL for beginners. It adheres to the K.I.S.S. rule. I've got my mother on it right now.
Those before and after photos are possible in 18 months, but not the norm! As for the extra skin, I have been seen back stage on more than one occasion with the duct tape out to tape the spare skin under a well cut posing suit. It's not really THAT uncommon. But you'd have to be totally obsessed and have a top-notch trainer to make that kind of transformation...not just the BFL book! Other than that, only her and her trainer knows for sure.
