Body Fat

Ive been doing cardio now for 3 weeks. I started with 15 minutes with my hr elevated to 136 and every week increased it 5 minutes where i am now doing 25 minutes. My caloric intake to maintain my weight is 2800 and i have reduced it to 2300, i have carbs in the morning but by the ned of the day have zero carbs. I also weight lift. Although i feel my belt tightening i checked my body fat and its 15.6%!! What am i doing wrong?
 
your doing nothing wrong man, it takes time. seems like ur doing good actually if ur belt is tightening, dosnt happen overnight that ull have a six pack. spend the next 3 months or more on getting lean. i eat like u in that i dont eat much carbs for my last 3 meals. i thnk that a good way to diet. i think ur doing really well. ur doing cardio and this 3 weeks rite??? come on thats great. just stick with it and eat clean and dont skip workouts
 
Yes i do cardio 5 times per week and ive been doing it for 3 weeks now. I started off at 15 minutes the first week, 20 minutes the second week and 25 minutes the third. Im beginning my fourth week and will be doing 30 minutes.
 
I wouldnt lower calories anymore. 2300 is fairly low-for a guy your size (judging by avi)
It takes time. Go my mirror, not bodyfat scales unless you're using a very precise method.
