i measured mine last week...theres actually a thread about it...i'm at 17.5% ... i think thats kinda good but i'd like to be a little lower...i guess its all about what you are looking to accomplish. how low do you want to get and if you are cut and look good...who cares what the numbers say!
Before my operation I was at 12%. I would be very happy to get back. I am trying sooooo hard. I have a very slow metabolism. Got a six pack in the front but unfortunately I seem to have a twelve in the back....lol

honey.. if your 6 is in, i highly doubt you are 20%... i have never tested a woman with a 6pack at 20%, then are always lower.. What did you use to test your bodyfat??? The most accurate is the submersion water tank and then calipers...
when i test, i use a 4 point check.. bicep, tircep, subscap, and waist (obliques).. i also use a computerized skindex machine which is always calabrated for accuracy... it seems to be pretty damn acuurate... you may want to get a second opinion.. plus, do you have pms, are you retaining water, did you workout first?? Those 3 things could throw off the numbers as well
preworkout. Didn't do the bicep measurement. that probably would of lowered it. I am no longer getting my period..... again. Maybe some water retention.
