Body fat scales

Hey fellas, can anyone recommend a good/most accurate body fat scale? Looking into getting one but want to make sure I get the closest reading possible. I know there will always be a margin for error but at least the closest will be good.
Thanks!

There is no good/accurate body fat scale. There is a margin of error, and it is so large that they aren't worth using.

Trust me, you will end up cursing that you bought one. They are so inaccurate, it's not funny.

Get a good set of calipers and get practice with them.

Alright, thanks bro! i will look into getting calipers and getting some practice.

if you want one... just get one and dont worry about the actual number just make sure it is going down. they are not that accurate but using them consistently overtime will give you an idea on what is going on.

or just go by the mirror and some pinch tests :)

They won't really give you consistency over time. A lot of it has to do with water balance.

There have been times when mine says 6%, 10% 15%, all in one week. Weighing the same time every morning.

^ my experience w/ them is nothing like that.. ive had ones that read high/low but they were consistent.. maybe my diet or water level is just more consistent
