Greets. I have been working out for about 4-5 years now. I am 18/m. 184lbs at about 5"8. Benchin max 245lb. Very strong upperbody type.
Been bulking for about a month or so and wanted to finally get rid of the gut and look and feel good again. I go to school and work full time. I've been talking to a few people but only responding with insane dieting programs that I need to count teaspoons and stuff and whatnot. I will not be able to follow something like this.
I am planning on doing cardio about 3 times a week, and hit up the gym like 2-3 a week. I need to know if this is a good idea, and also, in simple terms, what type of food is no no and what is not. And how much to eat of each and whatnot.
Can anyone help me out?
