The more frequently you have sex the better you will be able to maintain your "sexual stamina". If you are not going to have sex very often, then try a condom that has "extended pleasure" lubricants. They will basically numb your penis ( alittle) so you will not come so fast. If you do not wish to wear a condom then just slip it on and get the numbing effect then take it off...they sale some cream for this, but I do not know what it is called. Just need to desensitize your dick a bit so you dont come so fast...

Be careful with the creams, you might wish to put it on, then slip a condom on over it, rather than get one coated in it. You do NOT want any of it getting on her. It will make her numb as well, and will lead to rather shitty sex on her part.
