week into following cycle....

Sust 250 500mg week 1-12
Deca 400mg week 1-10
Dbol 50mg ED week 1-12

getting to the question at hand... I have noticed redness in my face and neck throughout day etc.. so i have taken my BP a few times and its reading from 144 over 85 to 148 over 88 with BPM ranging from 96-122.1) is this ok and normal for using the gear im on and 2) anything I should do if this isnt ok?? thanks guys Im sure you know by my recent post I get stressed about sides. thanks again fellas. :chomp:

yes, it's normal. i'd keep a check on it over the next couple of weeks,. if it stays at that reading i would think you'll be o.k. id 3 times the gear you're doing and my b.p. is around 185/100. but i'm on lisinopril though to keep it down. for now i'd just try taking one 325mg. asprin every morning, see how that does. but any higher, go to the doctor.

yea the dbol will raise the pressure as it did for me as well. i take bp meds to help when i feel it getting real high. try lowering the dbol to 30mg per day and see if that helps. or you can go to your doc and ask him for some bp meds as well. some docs are ok with it if your pressure is high when you go to see him. thats how i did it.

I'm not a bodybuilder but I am a paramedic. Your bp isn't alarmingly high. High, yes, but not alarmingly high. The face redness, ect. is probably because your bp is higher than normally. I would be careful. Keep checking it. I would check it any time u change anything major in your cycle. Not trying to scare u but I did have a pro bodybuilder die in my ambulance because his bp got 2high.He went into the hospital with a headache and the hospital wanted me to take him, emergent, to a hospital with neuro capabilities b/c he had a brain bleed. He didn't make it. He was a normally healthy guy with no prior medical history. He was in his 30's. His wife said he had developed a lot of bad headaches since he started a new cycle. I don't know what caused it. The docs said it was something in his cycle. Like I said, not trying to make u change anything or stop what u are doing. I have a lot of friends that take a TON of stuff and end up just fine. Just watch your bp. If u start having a lot of headaches or notice your bp gets really high(like 170's systolic or higher), I would re evalutate your approach. If u normally have a normal bp and it suddenly starts getting at 180's-200's with headaches, nausea, ect ... get help. But if none of that happens, keep doing what u are doing.Just my 2 cents. :)

Dbol really made me re-evaluate certain foods that I was eating while on. The sodium content of many foods that I never even bothered to check the label on was pretty shocking. Anything prepackaged is going to have a shitload of sodium in it for preserving it. Buying any premade or frozen dinners can make your life not very enjoyable if you're sensitive to higher blood pressure. Sauces, gravy mixes, etc can also become almost intolerable.

A friend of mine had issues while on dbol if he ate anything that had a higher sodium content. As a general rule, stick to the outer rim of the grocery store: produce, meats, fish, donuts, all the good stuff.

Aspirin has no effect on BP. Actually Aspirin should NOT be taken when your BP is high (it is a contra-indication).
Minimize your salt intake.
High BP doesn't cause any symptoms, not even headache.
That's why it is called a 'silent killer.'

Obviously You Don't Know What The Fuck You Are Talkin About, Bud. Do You Suffer From High B.p. If Not Then Don't Be Quoting Me On This Matter. Let Your B.p. Get To 185/100 And Tell Me Your Head Does Not Hurt. And Since It Seems That You Know So Much About The " Silent Killer" Why Don't You Give Him Some Advise Besides Taking Something For His Headaches, And Salt Intake Before He Decides To Finally Go To A Doctor.

I GOTTA aaaaaaaaagree with bigtravis on this one. I'm a medic and if someone bp is high enough, i can tell WITHOUT even checking it. Plus, headache is a major symptom of high bp. Seriously, and besides, the "silent killer isn't bp. It's MI and stroke.. I know. I taught an ACLS class on it less than a month ago.

A bunch of guys at my gym were getting bloody noses while working out from high BP. I found out through some research that taking in cayenne pepper helped that. I am not sure if it lowers the BP or just keeps their noses from bleeding..

Good luck

And the no no with asa is b/c of potential bleed. If your bp is high cuz your brain is bleeding out ... u don't want to thin your blood... but by then, u are already screwed. asa is OK besides that. Why do u think we tell old people to take 1 asa a day? keeps their blood thin so they won't get bp problems. Well, also to avoid the formation of clots with A-Fib. That's a whole new issue. Drive on ...

I had elevated blood pressure for a long time after some Anadrol 50. Even 4 years clean didn't bring it below about 139/90 but four months of HGH 2iu per day and blood pressure is 117/60 which is what it was pre steroids. No change in diet or exercise either. Don't know when the bp dropped but sometime after about the 2 month mark. Just an fyi for anyone who is having a hard time with bp.
