Blood work results

New member
I'm a 36 year old male. I've previously been treated for low T levels, but have relocated and my new doc won't prescribe TRT. I am looking for advice regarding my test results.

My test results were as follows:

Total testosterone = 345 ng/dL
Free testosterone = 110.9 pg/ml
Bioavailable testosterone = 232.9 ng/dL
Albumin = 4.6 g/dL
SHBG =7 nmol / L

The SHBG is noted as being low on the blood test results.

Can anyone provide additional insight on my blood test results? How do you increase your SHBG? Are there any supplements available?

Thanks in advance for your response.
