Hey guys, thought I'd make a thread with my experiences and blood results after my first cycle. There can never be enough of these in my opinion, each one is like a little case study.
Age: 25
Ht: 5'11
Wt: before 185lbs; after 205lbs; after PCT 198
BF: before 12% max; after 14% but abs still visible
Cycle:
Wk 1-10 Test E 500mg/week (2 250mg pins/week)
Wk 3-12 HCG 250iu on same day as Test pin
Wk 12-16 Clomid, Nolva, Creatine
Blood Results 6wks after PCT:
Test Serum: 866 Range:348-1197
LH: 8.3 Range: 1.7-8.6
FSH: 5.5 Range: 1.5-12.4
Estradiol: 28.2 Range: 7.6-42.6
Overall I was stoked with the results. Strength went up like crazy. Every lift went up at least 20lbs, some actually around 40lbs+. Weight went up a ton too. I train mainly crossfit (don't hate) and Olympic lifts, but still like to add some BBing movements in for a well rounded physique. Cut out almost all crossfit metcons for this cycle and followed an undulated power type program. Hit everything twice a week once heavy weight low rep one a bit lighter a little higher rep.
When I came off I probably ate too much trying to keep the scale at the same number, which I did for awhile but gained a bit of fat in this period. Just hit a mini three week cut 4 weeks after PCT though and body is back to normal.
As you can see the blood is good. Overall I'm really happy
