bloating and water retention

why I'm bloating and have problem with water retention and how can I find out if I have water retention. what is causes ??? and what can I do against it??

Water retention can result from several different causes -

- Is it "that time of the month"?
- Changing your diet - if you are introducing more carbs than usual it might affect you
- Are you sensitive to dairy products?
- Not drinking enough water?
- Extra salt / salty foods in your diet
- Are you sensitive to wheat products?

If you recently changed your diet, give it a week or two for your body to adjust to it.

Are you retaining water over a period of several days or just today? Did anything else change?

I'm on cutting diet, but I think that my problem is veggies, I don't know what have I doing now, because broccoli, cabbage is good source carbs by cutting diet and good source of fiber but I think that I must stop it eating, what kind of food can I replace instead of this...one more stuff broccoli I cooking.

Ah yes, broccoli will do that after awhile. Sometimes protein mix will as well. Other veggie options include basically any green leafy veggie. Can you do salads? Spinach, romaine lettuce, green onions, radishes, etc. How about green beans? When I need a break from salads, I'll do green beans. A frozen vegetable mix can be a little more exciting as well. Canned veggies will tend to have preservatives & lots of sodium in them, while frozen veggies are basically just frozen - obviously not as good as fresh, but a doable alternative.

Water retention is usually due to excess sodium and/or low water intake. Drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day and I bet you'll have no water retention.
