How much deka and test are you using? Proviron may not be enough. I would also run a natural diuretic supp with that stack.

You should consider having letrozole and dostinex on hand for progesterone and prolactin side effects.

What's your diet look like? If you are taking in 500g of carbs per day, well then bloat is inevitable.

Week 1 - 10 Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 400mg/week
Week 1 - 12 Sus 250mg /week
Week 6 - 12 Winstrol - stanozolol 50 mg ED

Hcg half way through and at the end

Im going to try dermacrien for pct

300 test cyp, twice weekly (in total).
Just lowered carbs today, what would you recommend.

Decca bloats bro.

Since an aromatase inhibtor lowers estrogen bloat and caber lowers prolactin-- NEITHER OF WHICH IS THE CAUSE OF DECCA BLOAT -- they aren't very effective.

Here's what you do. 3 easy steps.

Cut carbs, especially all simple sugars.

Take a double dose of DEFINITION twice a day with gallons of water.

Wear a sweat belt when training.

Result: Much less bloat.

best advice your gonna get.... either that or deal with it until you come off.... im trying a test/dec/db/win stack this time around to see what the win does for the bloat..... ill let you knwo how it works out

Listen... when I've run de-ca in the past, I bloat, bloat, BLOAT... I've tried high dosages of AI's, they didn't work...I've tried diuretics, they didn't help much either, proviron didn't do anything for the bloat either.... the moon-face was the worst!

In retrospect, I can probably agree with the elevated carbs possibly contributing to the problem... but the thing is, you cut down carbs and where is the growth? What's the point of using de-ca then? I'm not even talking sugars/simple carbs, only the good kind... no good carbs = no growth.

Someone suggested to me recently to run some winstrol along with N P P and this supposedly makes for a nice gainer with lower bloat. I may give it a shot. So maybe consider some winstrol with your cycle? Clean up your diet, use an AI, for what it's worth... after all that, you may just have to suck it up and deal with it in the end.
