I spend 900 dollars a month on food I eat no added sugar I spent at LEAST 1 hour at the gym 4-6 days a week and I never miss a workout. I already live the lifestyle I just train and compete in power lifting as opposed to bodybuilding. I really just want to push myself and see how far I can take my body. I'm really thinking about committing a year to a blast and cruise with the end goal of being a local/state level show.
Do u plan on getting a script or no? I want to blast and cruise but I'd feel better about it if I had a script that's why I'm goin to the doctor tomorrow
