i would have posted this on the diet board, but i need input from bulkers.
Between my job and school, i dont get as much time in the kitchen as i'd like. So instead of eating small meals throughout the day, i usually get 3-4 big meals (1200-1500 calories a peice). School starts at 5 in the afternoon so I usually get about 3000 calories in before that, then i dont eat anything except a detour bar for 5 hours while i'm in school. Then i usually get my workout in around 10:30 and have my protein shake and other food in one big meal right before I go to sleep. Is there anything wrong with eating like this?
