Bikram Yoga is a form of yoga that Bikram Choudhury amalgamated from traditional hatha yoga techniques and universalized in the early 1970s. Bikram Yoga sessions run for exactly 90 minutes and comprise of a set of series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Bikram Yoga is practiced mainly in a room heated to 105°F (≈ 40.6°C) with a humidity of 40%, and is a very well-known form of hot yoga.
 
What kind of exercises does it exactly involves? I have been curious about yoga lately and am thinking of giving it a try.

A class runs through many postures, I think there are 25-30 of them. Mostly the focus is on breath and posture. There are different types of classes, some are 'flow' meaning that you flow from one posture to the next (thees classes are harder). Depending on where you live the classes may be different.
