Bike riding as a cardio source? less muscle sparing?

hello im thinkin bout doin cardio 3 x a week....after weights for 15-20 min...i eat low carbs-60 grams a day and moderate fat and high protein..is this a good diet? can i still be burning fat on this diet is i cut out the cardio...or shoul di leave the bikin in (if it dosent help i wont waste time..) 'thanks""
 
Diet is ok.

Cardio is all relative, you can burn the same amount by doing many activities, just some may require longer or more intensity to do so. Try this
 
The problem with using cycling as a way to drop body fat (exercising to lose weight and exercising to improve cardiovascular fitness are two very different monsters) is that a bicycle, whether stationary or not, is engineered to be as mechanically efficient as possible. If your goal is to lose body fat then something less efficient like walking or running would be a better bet. The less efficient you are the higher your energy expenditure will be...and ultimately that is the goal isn't it?

more than she is now.

Missy I think you need to try things on your own rather then
asking relatively the same questions over and over and over and over and over....

exercise is excerise, not much difference here.

There is no perfect way to doing this.
It sounds like your not giving anything long enuff
to werk. Be patient. It's good to ask questions
but you need to put the answers into effect for
a longer period then you are, don't be so stressed!
Your diet is a healthy diet and it might not be the best
or the worst, just try it out for a month. If it sucks
then change it, but your not giving anything time.
