Hey everyone I just have a real quick question, what are some good excersies for the forearms that will most def. get them bigger? I really dont know that many but I wanna get them bigger. Thanks
anyway, I like to sit down and use a curl bar with pretty lite weight at first if you aren't use to this. Lay your arms on your legs with your hands just past your knees facing up. Drop the weight in your hands, and make sure it streches the forearms down, and pull them back up. This burns the hell out of my forearms. Do a few sets then do them the other way, with the palms down, hope you understand this, this has put extremely nice gains on my forearms.

I'm about to start the 7th week of this and it seems to be working rather well.
Also if you really want all the veins and striations, etc. you've got to get a low body fat %, just like with everywhere else.
