Big question while looseing weight?

Hey all wondering if I could use my Winny and my clen while I try to get back down to a decent weight I was 160 then gain muscle mass to 190 and then eating got out of control and now I am 215 and look like the michellin tire guy so I am kind hopeing I can both benefit from the current weight and get cut up by adding in winny and clen. Also with the extra weight my blood pressure has gone up a lil bit so not sure if it will be safe but I will check with my doctor to. Thanks

Winny does nothing for fat burning... Don't even touch the stuff unless you're 8% or under.

Have you tried proper nutrition and cardio?

Well I am one of those guys thats a hard looser meaning when I get some jiggle it doesnt go away unless I do a five mile run 3-4 times a week and with my current work schedual my fat ass can only get it done on the weekend wich only gives me a day or as after running five miles my body is very tired. Let me know if you can help stop my body from jiggleing. I still lift weights and muscle is their but doesnt look great with the jiggly's. Thanks,

hey bro just try to clean up your diet as much as possible and do cardio. if anything run the clen or some e'c'a but diet is the most important thing to losing fat. forget the winny
 
Hey whats E'C'A sorry just not good with handles yet. Yea I am trying to ditch carbs like bred crackers etc.. I use letuce instead of bread now. What do you all think about ditching most carbs.

Sure you can use all sorts of drugs as a shortcut to lose weight, however the weight loss usually only lasts as long as you are on the drugs.

So yes you do have to put in some effort to lose bodyfat, each pound of fat requires a 3500 kcal deficit.

There is a rebound effect off all fat loss drugs unless you modify your diet and train.

What is your current diet like?

15 -25 pounds seems like a lot, but you could have it off in 4 -6 months.

The great thing about doing it nattie, it does take AGES for the fat to come back, and if you are sensible and track your bodyfat, you can keep it off.

My diet is messed up now of course heres how it vary's
Morning (when I get up) 64fl oz water BP pill and day to day variants eggs, coffee,fruit, or noodles and vegetables followed by fish oil and garlic pill maybe one 80mg asprin.
lunch and dinner chicken, salad, pizza, tuna fish, hungry man tv dinner, banquet tv dinner, or various fruit melons.
I dont eat any pork with anything I eat I mainly eat chicken fish or beef. I occasionaly have a diet coke and a 6 pack of beer on the weekends and useually a cup to 24oz of coffee in the morning. feel free to jump all over me about my diet i know its pretty bad but I need help and money is always and issue.

This may sound weird but try eating 6 decent sized meals a day (every 2 to 2.5 hours)
Keep it between 350-450 calories and try to do an equal Protein and Carb match, and don't forget your fats... keep those at about 20% of your diet. (40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fats)
This diet will allow you to keep your hard earned muscle, while intake of fat will burn off at the gym, and not burn muscle.

If money is a problem, then say hello to microwave (I'm not a huge fan but w/e)

As far as carbs go, eat all the crakers and bread you want. Just keep it to the above ratio, and eat Whole Wheats/Grains and just don't carb up past 7:00pm
White bread and such might want to be considered for the meal following your workout, as they are faster digesting carbs.

Tuna
Peanut Butter
Chicken
Fish
Whole Wheats
Turkey
some Yogurts
Nuts
etc

If you have a Trader Joes by you, PM me and i'll get you a bullet proof shopping list (I work there)
