big poof ball

alrite, so my whole cycle i've looked leaner and leaner, then all the sudden i goto the gym today and i look like a big giant poof ball.... will taking a diretic help out possibly? if so what would you recommend. thanks for the help ahead of time

had you had a cheat meal/day previous to goin to the gym?

if so its probably due to the sodium intake if you have been keeping the diet clean at other times

i know when i diet for competitions and plan a cheat meal (or 2!) the day after i look softer and more 'puffy' - as you put it lol

ive never used npp so not sure about the water retention from it though i would have thought you would have experienced it before week seven

I think that morris has it here. Sodium will do it for you, I can notice it even after one meal. Depending what I am on, even the potassium from 1 gatorade can make me look softer. I would blame your diet more since you havent experienced anything like this for 7 weeks. THe NPP would have been kicking in before this. The winny should help keep any NPP bloat down too, which shouldnt be as bad as deca anyways. keep a close eye on your diet ... maybe a little cleaner, (no more Wendi's tripple cheeseburgers or whatever it was you were making me jealous by saying you were eating all the time).

i had a meat lovers stuffed crust, that might have been the culprit... it made me kinda sick. But the wendy's triple burgers are money!!! I'll cut down hard on sodium and see how that works. Once i am done with my cycle my diet is going back to healthy style. Wendy's beef seems to be the leanest out of all the fast food. I wont touch mc d's or BK's meat, and taco hell can goto hell... thanks for the help!
 
it is extremely hard to avoid sodium while eating out...or eating out of a can. Sodium is one hel of a preservative and it is used in practially every food item at reseraunts, and in cans. It is a big problem for me, but I am dealing with it...I think
