Haven't seen it, but most of the pro routines in "Flex" are ghost-written anyways and have exactly jack-shit to do with the pros real routines. Ronnie's might be real, but even if it is he's on a ton of gear, so it would most likely be counterproductive to try it. But if you're interested give it a shot.

I used to read them, but they are the same shit rehashed over and over. There is no "secret program" for huge arms ripped abs, and packing on massive slabs of meat. I feel your standard routine centered around the core strength lifts done with intensity, variation and proper nutrition will yeild the same results all those bs programs listed in the mags.

Agreed, better off making your own routine or do some searches on these boards for some really good advice.

thx.. do you think to make your body grow you should do 10-12 reps like it says in flex... i always thought that was cutting and 6-8 reps was size gainers..

Try all rep ranges. Personally, I'm a fan of 4-6. After about 6 weeks of that I go to 8 weeks of 8-10. Very, very rarely do I do anything over 12. Only on legs sometimes.

If you want some good training routines, then you should check out Ironman's Train, Eat, Grow series. I started it a month ago and every 3-4 weeks you change it up. It is not overtraining and it isn't undertraining. So far I have found it to be the perfect program because I usually overtrain and these programs make me want to get back in the gym as soon as possible.
