my calorie intake really has sucked as of late. i actually lost about 6lbs last week,i just couldnt eat anymore.back on track now though. i try to take in 4500-5000 a day. i have gone as high as 6500 before at a higher bodyweight,but that was like a full time job. i keep my carbs as low as i can all of the time so i never get to far gone with the fat or water retention.

Wish I could stay away from the carbs myself.
I'm currently bulking, but at 5'11'' at 259, I feel more
like "fattening up" then I do bulking. Keep up the good work.

Kev....you look good buddy - keep up the good work. I was just curious as I have a very similar build to you 5'9" 232. I tend to get smoother when I go even over 300 carbs. I need to stay at 150-200 carbs and protien around 350-400. You mentioned that your calories were at 4500-5000 and up to 6500. What is your breakdown regarding P/C/F? Thanks bro!
