my calorie intake really has sucked as of late. i actually lost about 6lbs last week,i just couldnt eat anymore.back on track now though. i try to take in 4500-5000 a day. i have gone as high as 6500 before at a higher bodyweight,but that was like a full time job. i keep my carbs as low as i can all of the time so i never get to far gone with the fat or water retention.
