I'm enjoying it as we speak:

1 can tuna
1 cup shreadded chedder
2 tbsp of mayo
10 slices of finely chopped bacon, or 1/2 cup of bacon bits
1 tbsp dill relish

Damn, this shit is fucking good. Try it some time. Its a low-carb meal, too.
 
I like to put a little ketchup and mustard in my tuna (serious) as well. Tastes awesome. Going to pick up some bacon bits tomorrow after hitting the gym to give that a shot too. Can't believe I didn't think of the bacon bits myself!

Grilled chicken, cubed
low cal mayo
basil
celery
fresh garlic

Talk about good and good for you. :)
 
I think meal number 6 today will be four chicken franks fried in olive oil and garlic, then smothered fresh out of the pan with mozzarella cheese...:cool:

That DOES sound good. How about this one:

2 grilled chicken breasts marinated overnight in Italian vinaigrette, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar
2 cups salad mix or romaine, if you prefer
4 tbsp ranch or bleu cheese dressing
Toss and eat...ummm
 
I don't like cheese in my tuna!


I prepare tuna as follows:

tuna
mayo
olives
celery
onion


I don't think I could add cheese to my recipe.
 
May, this is my super-weight gaining protein drink. This is to be consumed AFTER you lift, not before:

Blend on low until creamy-

1 cup peanut butter
2 cups whole milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt
1 cup powdered milk
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar

This has almost 100 grams of protein, 100 grams of fat, and probably 200 carbs. This will put some weight on you, May :)
 
A cup of peanut butter? This sounds really really really gross. What's it taste like?
 
Tastes a bit like a reeses peanut butter cup. Add chocolate ice cream for a closer taste.
 
Okay. I'm going to try it tomorrow. Promise. I'll give you the results of my taste taste tomorrow nite. :)

1 Can of Tuna (Albacore in water)
2 Tbsp of Mayo
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 Teasp Garlic Powder
1/4 White Onion (finely chopped)
A dash of pepper
 
all sounds good. looks like it will become a staple i n my diet BigJ. mayb add a can to that.. check this out. I Forget his name but I met a pro once not a big time one.
at a nutrition store and I remember him talking about his tuna shakes. THis is no joke he would take like a can of coke and 2 cans of tuna and mix in a blender. said it went right down. that was like a year ago. Still havent tried it. Your eating to survive is the way i think of it when the meal gets bland. but fuck id rather just have the can alone. o well.
