just splurge for the isolate ....44 lbs is mad haha..... just use it in the morning....after workout and with milk or cottage cheese before bed for the slow down effect.....with some digestive enzyumes ( trust me haha) enjoy the massive whey haha
honestly if its good isolate it will be broken down into oligopeptides which have to only be broken down into di and tri peptides to get real fast absorbtion. The body works well at absorbing these int he small intestine, and actually better than single aminos from some of the stuff ive been reading....bout 15-30 mins abosorbtion starts....and done within an hour...and like 2-3 for other protiens
