I HAVE UPDATED THE PAGE

Not sure if this is gonna work. The picture on the shitty website I made is really small. I'm not good at this technical crap.

Stats at time of picture:
6' 2"
212 lbs

arms: 18
waist: 31
chest: 45 (I think)
houlders: 52

Taken during a 1 gram a week of EQ cycle.

The picture is just so damn small on that page. On my computer it's pretty darn big.

Any suggestions on how to get a better copy up?

That is a HUGE chest - WOW - problem is u gotta work the jeck outta ur guns just to have symmetry :( - oh well, the suffering that those blessed with chest must go through - I shed no tears for u.
 
Almost every cycle I've ever done.... in fact EVERY cycle I've ever done has EQ as the base.

I just finished up my gram of EQ a week.

Cycleon: You're right. It's hard to keep my arms up to speed with my chest.
My chest used to be the lagging part... so I really started kickin' it's ass. Now it grows faster than the arms do. So it's all I can do to keep my arms looking small in comparison.
 
You look fucking big bro! I too had some probs with my chest and when i started kickin'it hard (and started juicing) it kinda exploded. Now it's my best bodypart together with my upperlegs.
 
BBV - want to compliment you on your work! The pic is small and no legs :( - but your proportions are very aestetically pleasing! 31" waist on a guy your size looks great!

Thank you for your comments. It's good to hear from others who live this life. I feel skinny a lot of the time, and it feels good to hear otherwise.

The pictures will improve. I just figured out how to make it bigger, and I'll be adding three more tonight.
 
And as far as my chest routine goes... it's really pretty basic.

4 sets dumbell press
Reps: 12, 10, 8, x reps to failure

4 sets incline press
Reps: 12, 10, 8-10, x reps to failure

3 sets pec dec/dumbell flyes
(pec dec is less stressful on the shoulder)
Reps: 10, 10, x reps to failure

3 sets cable crossover
10, 10, x reps to failure

And that's it. I NEVER max out. In fact, I never press weight that I can't get at least 4 times with perfect form.

In any workout, for me, form comes first, weight comes second. I don't care if I can't lift what other guys lift. I care if I look better with my shirt off.
 
Nice pics bro....massive chest. Your chest routine looks kinda similar to mine, except I through in declines every once in awhile....and usually go 3x8 HEAVY.

Buck, I don't throw in declines, because they're just too damn hard on the shoulder. I have to rely on extreme concentration when doing flyes/pec dec, and crossovers.

Sucks... but I think it's coming along okay.

Wish I was bigger though.

Evloks... yes I know. I do hard houlder routines. The houlders, as everyone knows, is the muscle contained in the scranus... the section of the male body between the scrotum and the anus. Without these muscles, it's quite possible that a man would literally split in half.

Very impressive! Great work mate!

I like your chest routine... I also have problems with my shoulders... multiple injuries and my rotator muscles are ruined!... haven't been on heavy weights for 6 months, slowly getting back on it now... any more tips on pumping the chest but protecting the shoulders?

Thank you much, guys. I appreciate taking the time to give me some feedback.

TallChinese... the only thing I do is take it easy, and warm up and stretch out REALLY well before and after your lift. It's boring as hell, but it's worth it. Shoulders I hit Military (in front of the head, not behind the neck, those would put me out of the gym for a month) Lateral raises, and hit rear delt on the Pec Dec.

If I try to do Arnold Presses, or dumbell military of any kind, it puts me out. It's very hard to work around.

The main thing I don't do for chest is try to push insane weight. If I can't hit 4 reps, the set is pointless in my opinion. If my shoulder hurts at any point during any set, I stop the set, and stretch a bit, then try again. If it won't allow me to continue, my chest day is done.

Wish I had the miracle cure... but I just work around it.

Thanks again for all the positive feedback, everyone. I really do appreciate it. Helps me feel at least someone appreciates it... since my lady doesn't seem to.

As far as I'm concerned, I would kill you in a competition. People come up to me in my gym and ask me if I'm getting ready for a show, and I dont even compete! I may be much smaller than you, I'm only 5"5' 170lbs, but I'm willing to bet that if I dieted hardcore and trained like a mutha fucka, which I already do anyway, I would win in an overall competition against you.

Oh yeah... and try not to ask a guy in the gym, who's actually big, to let you take his photo... so you can post that either.

If you are that big... it just means you're a self righteous asshole... so either way... I'd rather be me.
