Was curious if anyone has heard of the book "big beyond belief"
by leo costa. I met someone who swears all his gains came
by following the book to a T. Any feedback would be great.
I have the book and the video. It basically is a micro-periodization program. It does require a lot of work, but I think it would be a great program. It clashes with HIT a lot, which is why I'm not on it but I'll be the first to say it is a good read and thought provoking. Look into it.
