Okay, I posted this on a more mass in arms thread, but I want to share it with everyone. I've had biceps tendonitis or dull pains off and on for years. I restarted doing forearm curls with a reverse grip on Saturday. They stress the upper forearm mostly, but also part of the biceps. I was at work today doing work that would normally flare the pain up, and something amazing happened, they didn't hurt at all. Anyone with this kind of problem should try them.
