Biceps pain/tendonitis

Okay, I posted this on a more mass in arms thread, but I want to share it with everyone. I've had biceps tendonitis or dull pains off and on for years. I restarted doing forearm curls with a reverse grip on Saturday. They stress the upper forearm mostly, but also part of the biceps. I was at work today doing work that would normally flare the pain up, and something amazing happened, they didn't hurt at all. Anyone with this kind of problem should try them. Just some advise.:fro:

I feel your pain bro. . . I have had the same problems. Sometimes my tricep tendons will flare up. To remedy this, I had to lighten the weights and supplement glucosamine and chondroitin in my diet 1500mg per day.

It took me a lot of time and hard work but yesterday I was able to touch my chest on a flat bench and felt no pain. There is hope just train hard.

Just to clarify, are you talking about basick bicep curls with a reverse grip or reverse grip wrist curls?
