Bicep soreness?

Is this even possible?

I can get every muscle sore just about every workout except my biceps....

Who gets their biceps sore CONSISTENTLY and what are you doing?

21's. i only do biceps once a week on back day, i started doing three sets of 21's after reading about them on here (i think it was scotsman who told me about them) and i only have two things to say about them-fucking ouch
 
yeah I usually finish w 21's ill do my back workout then do some straight bar curls for 3 sets hammer curls for 3 sets and then grab the preacher and do 21's til I die... sometimes ill throw n reverse curls too
 
incline db curls always fry my bis. I make sure to get a full stretch at the bottom and I keep my head on the pad. Preachers with an exagerated stretch at the bottom range kill me too.
 
Nope -- def increasing in my biceps -- in every lift I do... its great -- They are a little fatigued today... I mean I hit em 2x a week cuz I never feel like they get enough on back day -- but I do an additional 3 exercises (9 sets) AT LEAST -- and thats after back on tuesdays -- then I hit the 2nd time on fridays...idk?
 
if theyre improving theyre more than likely getting bigger
so dont worry about soreness.
it doesnt necesarily mean theyre not growing
 
Good point lol -- who cares about soreness, as long as they are getting stronger -- I just started measuring once a week -- so I will know if they are growing..
 
yea wtf i was about to ask this question! My biceps are pumped and hurt a little that day but they dont get actually sore the next day but they do grow and get stronger its just wierd to me.
