Bfold and others - need some answers ASAP

I keep the held to the ground with a steel block then wrap them around the bar till they are lose/tight/tighter/super tight.

CoolColJ -

Damn, that girl is hot as hell. Just thought I might add that in, while we were on the subject of snatches :)

I hope you hook it up. And BTW, keep up the good work with the pics!

Well I ordered a pair of lights, thought about getting a few more heavier ones, but it will cost too much and frankly its better to dip my toes into the water for now. I just hope it's not too heavy and not too light

Cool... Why not attach the band to the saftey pins in the rack? Thats what I do... If you get in trouble you can still just dump the bar off your back....

can you describe how you go about setting it up?

Do you put the bar on the safety pins first and then wrap the bands around it, then squat it back up to the rack supports before putting the plates on?

cool, my pin holes on my rack start up too high to put bands on...so what i do is have a buddy tilt the rack...and i loop the bands around the base...then he puts the rack back down and we throw a 45lb plate on each side of the rack just to make sure...and we are set

this is what i mean sorta:

and sorry for that one big run on sentance

T3C - ok thanks, but what is bugging me is this -

I read the Dave Tate article on Tmag about the bands, He says you need tension on them right at the bottom of say a squat. So hoe did you go about setting up the bands so you get tension at the bottom. Did one of you guys get into the squat (bottom position) and someone adjusted the bands?

Since I train by myself at a commercial gym, I need to figure out a way to get the band tension setup right for a full squat
