jennifer BFL chick New member Jul 11, 2001 #3 the "average" portions: 30/30 or 40/40 I used 30/30 when I first started, now I'm at 40/40 I'm a chick, BUT I do weight alot for my height---5'6 168 I'm about 25% bodyfat right now
