if you are prolong fasting the hunger will be gone by day 3
if you are doing intermittent fasting for half the day then it might be hard at first because you are so used to eating all the time. that is what the cookie cutters tell you to do and food companies want you snacking. so you aren't really hungry, you are just so used to snacking all day
For myself personally - the best way to fight hunger is to stay busy. When I am busy, I don't think about how hungry I am because my mind is pre-occupied with other tasks.
