i would do EOD alternate day fasting
fast day 1, eat 2-3 healthy meals day 2. and so on
I support this method, easiest way to intermittent fast, and you should start with it. You need to change your life style FIRST!!! Then if you want, have your hand at a multiday wet fast to lose a bunch. If you don't have the discipline to intermittent fast you will very likely put it all back on after a long fast.
My job was very active so I had 500 cals of raw veggies(high volume fills stomach) and some granola with yogurt on my "fast days". Then on normal days tried my best to stay away from sugar and junk food, very simple.
