Best way to take HCG?

I going to be doing a 12 week test, tren and var cycle.

Was wondering would it be best to take HCG at 500mg ED for 2 weeks (weeks 9 and 10), or take 2 x 500mg EW weeks 5 to 12?

Depends on what esters your using.. Last 2 weeks prior to PCT I think 500IU twice a week is plenty enough to kickstart PCT

This is exactly how I recommend using HCG

I am using long acting esters tren ethenate and test ethenate.
