Hey guys, I need some advice bad, from anyone who's knowledgeable/serious, please!! I have a bunch of gear I transported in contact lens solution bottles. I want to use it now, and I have a few important questions:
1. Even though the bottles were supposedly sterile (brand-new contact lens solution bottles) and I transferred the gear into them using sterile syringes, I'm still concerned that during the transportation/storage process (stored for about 6 months after transportation) the gear might have gotten contaminated. First question: Do you think the gear needs to be sterilized before I use it?
2. What is the best way to sterilize gear? (I have oil-based and water-based)? I have read a bunch of postings and so far haven't found anything comparing the three methods that everybody has been talking about: baking, nuking and filtering.
I really need some help and I appreciate any advice, even links to the information I'm looking for. Thanks bros gotta start stackin for summer...PEACE
