I'm interested in getting your advice on the best way to stack testosterone propionate and anavar for a recomposition. I would like to gain 5-10 pounds of muscle mass while also losing 2-3% body fat. I'm 5'6", 185 pounds, and I would like to compete next year in the physique competition. So I'm looking to really get my body where it needs to be right now. I'm around 11% body fat.
Do you think that anavar 100mg/day is too high? Do you think testosterone should be ran over 200mg or right at 200mg?
